Known for her inclusive leadership style and deep cultural sensitivity, she has spent her career helping organisations align people strategies with growth — and helping women step into their full leadership potential.
Her work is grounded in identity, emotional wellbeing, and the belief that leadership is not a title we earn, but a power we awaken.
